RETURN / EXCHANGE / REFUND POLICY
General
Please, check the integrity of the packaging,
assortment of the delevered items as well as overall visual quality upon
receipt. Inform us by e-mailing to support@keeperarts.com Should you fail to
inform us of any inconformities within 5 days from the date of receipt, the
order will be considered duly completed, the items shall be considered to match
the order and delivered in good quality.
No claims/complaints with regards to the
packaging integrity, assortment and visual quality of the products will be accepted
beyond this point.
"Cooling off" period
We offer our customers a 14-days "cooling
off" period starting from the date of the purchase - the date the payment
for the item has been made. If within the said period you decide you don't want
or don't need the ordered goods for whatever reason, you may return the items
to the Keeper Arts as follows:
1. Send us the withdrawal notice to the
following e-mail address: support@keeperarts.com . Indicate the date of
purchase (payment date) and list of items. Clearly confirm your intention to
cancel the purchase based on the "colling off" period. The notice
comes into force when received by the Keeper Arts (you will receive the
automated reply message).
2. Return the items to the Keeper Arts by the
standard delivery method to the Keeper Arts legal address. Please note, return
delivery methods other than standard delivery method will not be refunded.
3. Send us the return confirmation notice,
including confirmation of the delivery expenses.
4. As soon as we receive the returned items,
we will refund you the costs of the item you have paid as well as all the
delivery expences (except the case return delivery methods is other than
standard delivery method). Refund is made by appropriate amount coupon for
further purchases with the Keeper Arts.
Please, note: The items must be returned in
the original packaging. The packaging must be intact.
The withdrawal and refund under the
"cooling off" period is not allowed for the used and/or damaged
items.
Should you wish to return the items due to
quality/damages, please see section "Damaged items" below.
Damaged items
The Keeper Arts is taking greatest care for
the quality of our products. However, we presume a minor number of defects may
appear, including the defects during the delivery process.
In case the items you have received are
damaged or faulty, please, contact us by the following e-mail address:
support@keeperarts.com . In your e-mail, please, describe the problem, add
confirmation of the case as well as indicate the preferred solution.
In case of the damaged items we offer a free
of charge replacement or partial refund or full refund. Refund is made by
appropriate amount coupon for further purchases with the Keeper Arts.
We will do our best to solve the situation
asap!
Please, note: the return of the item might be
required.
Wrong items
The Keeper Arts is supporting the high
standard of service. However, it might happen the item you receive is not the
one you ordered and paid for or is not as advertised.
In case the items you have received are
different from the ones you ordered, please, contact us by the following e-mail
address:support@keeperarts.com . In your e-mail, please, describe the problem,
add confirmation of the case as well as indicate the preferred solution.
In case of the wrong assortment of items we
offer a free of charge replacement or partial refund. Refund is made by
appropriate amount coupon for further purchases with the Keeper Arts.
We will do our best to solve the situation
asap!

Additional return & refund policies:
All cases are considered on individual basis.
We will do our best to offer you the best solution, however, please note that
in most cases our policy is as follows:
- the refund is made by the appropriate amount
coupon. It has no time limit, you can use it to purchase anything in the next
shopping time.
- delivery costs are refunded separately on
case to case basis. Refund made for the delivery expenses can only be used to
pay for the next delivery costs. The delivery refund may not be used for
shopping with the Keeper Arts shop.
- returns with damaged/absent packaging are
not accepted (except for the cases where the defect/fault could not be detected
without opening the packaging).
- all used/scratches/damaged product will not
be accepted (unless the reason for sauch fault/defect remains with the Keeper
Arts).
- given the nature of the Keeper Arts
products, some minor deviations (cracks, scratches, color inclusions etc.) are
not considered faults/defects.
Before placing a complaint, please, confirm if
what you consider a defect is not a natural property of the material.
